The boutique-sized building will cater to a diverse community including a wide variety of product types ranging from apartments, live-work, townhomes, and commercial spaces. 

The design of this project was oriented around enhancing the sense of belonging, support, and connection that those in the community experience. Additions like a large central courtyard promote relaxation, cohesion, and play, allowing events (and other opportunities for social interaction) to be accommodated with ease.
