Perched on the gentle slope of the mountain and inspired by views of Deep Cove, Cove Gardens is a series of eight contemporary townhouses and one commercial space in North Vancouver.
Distinguished by its spatial intelligence and functional liveability, the development utilizes a material palette of natural, sophisticated properties to set itself apart.
And set itself apart it does. With contemporary West Coast architecture and natural exterior finishes that blend harmoniously with Deep Cove’s landscape, the design is subtle, refreshing, and elegant all at once. Beautiful interiors are also made functional with features like collapsible floor-to-ceiling Eclipse windows, which open onto the courtyard or patios to seamlessly expand the living space outdoors.

Additionally, the retail space is now home to Café Orso, an independent coffee shop where residents and visitors alike enjoy spending time, relaxing after a hike, or simply catching up over a delicious cup of coffee.

Most notably, it received the Award of Excellence from the District of North Vancouver’s design panel, along with Best Townhouse/Rowhome Community (less than 1,500 s.f.) at the 2014 Ovation Awards from the Greater Vancouver Home Builder’s Association.
