Placemaker Communities (Clarke) Limited Partnership has submitted a detailed OCP Amendment, Heritage Revitalization Agreement, Development Permit application to the City of Port Moody for the entire 2400 Block between Clarke and Spring Streets and between Kyle and Queens Streets. This transit-oriented mixed-use development is a convenient 10-minute walk to Moody Centre Skytrain Station.
The proposed development will include:

- 252 vehicle parking spaces on two underground levels accessed off Spring Street.
